We understand the importance of mental wellness and the role it plays in our health. That’s why we’re proud to provide you and your family members (ages 6+) with mental health resources from Spring Health. Spring Health makes getting started with mental health care easier — dedicated Care Navigators explain care options, give advice, find therapists, and set appointments. If you prefer to get started on your own, you can access all of your options via your phone or computer — with real time filtering and scheduling for therapists.
Each year employees and each eligible family member have 12 therapy sessions with Spring Health covered at no cost, and appointments are available in as soon as two days.
Employees can also access on-demand mental wellness exercises, check-in assessments, Care Navigator support, and work-life services including legal, financial, childcare support and more.
