Parental leave for moms and dads
All full-time employees and part-time employees working 20 or more hours per week on a regular basis who are paid by a Fortive payroll in the U.S. control group and work in the U.S or as a U.S. expatriate are eligible to participate.
• Full or part-time temporary employees, individuals paid by contract or other independent contractors, leased employees, co-op students, interns, summer students, and third country nationals paid outside the U.S. are not eligible for coverage under the plan.
• You may participate in the plan after completing twelve (12) months of continuous active employment. If you work for an acquired company, prior service will apply towards the twelve-month waiting period.
• You must still be actively employed by Fortive or a Fortive subsidiary company at the time you file a claim.
